After 4 days of Rachel occasionally complaining of her ear hurting, I decided to take her to the pediatrician this morning. I suspected something was wrong but it was a little uncertain because the complaints were so sporadic. Poor girl, not only does she have an ear infection she has a ruptured eardrum. So, 3-day antibiotic treatment and 7 days of ear drops.
It's only Tuesday. On Friday she is scheduled back at the orthopedic doctor to see if the air cast is healing her fractured ankle.
She seems to take all of this in stride and precious David just goes along with the flow to and from random doctors' offices. Thank goodness Matchbox cars travel well!
