David has a primary theme to his toy interests: cars, blocks, cars, coloring with crayons, and more cars. Naturally the ideal is coloring pictures of cars; lucky Daddy has many crayon pictures to take to the office tomorrow. Often, David's playtime includes organizing the cars - parking them in rows, making circles of cars, etc. He is becoming very creative regarding how he "parks" the cars around things in the house. Today, Greg came up the stairs and found this traffic jam along the base of the banister leading into our bedroom. The guy actually knows what cars he has and will search the house for a particular one to fill the parking lot arrangement, or just ask:, "Mommy, the white porsche needs a red porsche friend. Can we go buy a friend car today? The red one can park right here......"
